About the role

We're on the lookout for a passionate and ambitious Sales Executive to join our vibrant team. Base yourself at our stunning waterfront office in Barangaroo and or our Western Sydney office. This full-time role is pivotal in driving new business growth and expanding our client base within the waste management sector. What You'll Be Doing

Hunt for new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.

Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions that highlight the value of our services.

Deliver persuasive sales presentations to key decision-makers.

Negotiate and close deals while building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.

Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities.

What We're Looking For

Experience in new business development or sales, ideally in the waste management or sustainability sectors.

A proven track record of smashing sales targets.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.

A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.

A passion for sustainability and a drive to make a positive environmental impact.
