About the role

We are seeking an experienced and talented Production Manager to join our team at Jonkers Smash Repairs in Morayfield, Queensland. As our Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production department, ensuring the efficient and timely completion of all vehicle repairs. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

Manage and oversee the production workflow to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards

Allocate work and resources effectively to maximise productivity

Monitor and report on key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

Provide coaching and mentorship to the production team to develop their skills and capabilities

Collaborate with the sales and administrative teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Implement and maintain effective quality control processes

Ensure compliance with all relevant workplace health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in the automotive crash repair industry

Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes and techniques

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in using relevant software and technology
