What We’re Looking For:

-Experience in building, renovations, and home maintenance
-Strong communication and management skills
-Ability to use computer and job management systems
-Experience in estimating and quoting jobs

-Exceptional attention to detail and quality control
-A proactive approach to problem-solving and organisation

-Must be able to obtain a current National Police Clearance and be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

Role includes but not limited to;

✔ Oversee and coordinate all property maintenance projects and large renovations
✔ Supervise trades and liaise with our Scheduler to ensure quality and efficiency
✔ Organise materials and resources as required

✔ Oversee and manage work orders, project schedules and within clients budget
✔ Estimate job costs and provide accurate quotes
✔ Monitor workmanship and ensure high-quality outcomes
✔ Ensure a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of the job
✔ Communicate effectively with staff, property managers, owners, and sub-contractors

✔ Ensure each project is run in a timely manner and within budget

✔ Own reliable vehicle and tools required, iPhone preferable
