We are seeking

Business Analyst/ IT Person

Reporting to the Vice President Sales and Marketing, you will be playing a key role in enhancing our business operations, shaping strategies, and leading high-impact projects that align with the company’s long-term goals. This is a hands-on role where you will collaborate across the business.

Responsibilities

The Role:

To be updated on current market trends but not essential as guidance will be given to suitable candidate.

Forecast production planning as per sales requirement.

Support business growth and the development of new proposals.

Initiative to develop new costing models for price controlling and monitoring which will be effective for sales growth.

Update, Modify and improve our software as per current business needs.

Liaise with software developers.

Lead planning and analysis to support departments in achieving efficiency and productivity.

Deliver data-driven insights for decision-making.

Qualifications

The Person:

Strong background in the meat industry, with knowledge of meat markets, production processes, and financial modelling but suitable candidates from other industries are also welcome to apply.

Proven experience in analysis, forecasting, and reporting.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take on challenges.
