We’re on the lookout for a casual Educator (Children's Services Employee) to join our awesome team at St Thomas More Outside School Hours Care in Sunshine Beach.

We care for up to 60 kids before and after school, right on the grounds of St Thomas More Catholic Primary School — just five minutes from beautiful Sunshine Beach!

Our goal is to create a fun, safe, and supportive space where kids can relax, learn, and build life skills through a mix of child-led and educator-guided activities.

A day in the life of an OSHC Educator…

• Providing nurturing care for children
• Ensuring a safe, secure and welcoming environment
• Create fun recreational and educational experiences that are inclusive for all
• Maintain positive working relationships with all team members
• Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.

Job Requirements:

• Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
• Effective workplace communication skills
