Buddy Up Australia:

Established in 2018, Buddy Up Australia is a national non-government organisation dedicated to enriching the lives of military veterans and emergency services personnel. We do this by fostering community, purpose, and connection.

We operate through a growing network of volunteer-led chapters across the country, delivering a unique model of support grounded in peer connection. Our activities range from group fitness and outdoor adventures to social catch-ups and purposeful volunteering, all tailored to the unique social, psychological, and physical needs of those who have served/currently serve.

Now in a phase of significant growth, Buddy Up Australia is scaling its impact and evolving its national presence. This is an exciting time to join our team and help shape the next chapter of our journey.

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and community-minded Team Leader to coordinate events and build local impact for veterans and first responders across the greater Perth region.

In this hands-on role, you'll lead a team of dedicated volunteers to plan, schedule, and deliver high-quality events that bring Buddy Up Australia’s mission to life. You’ll be the face of BUA in your region—building local partnerships, engaging members, and growing a strong, connected community of current and former first responders.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role with purpose, helping veterans and emergency services personnel stay active, connected, and supported.
