In Perth, people2people have a well-established and highly regarded specialist legal recruitment team. We partner with a variety of law firms from boutique up to global top-tier, working across legal support and legal professional vacancies.

We are currently working on a variety of Legal Assistant/Paralegal positions with boutique, national and global firms from junior up to senior level support, across areas such as, Insurance Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Finance, Family, Personal Injury, Corporate and Property Law.

The Role

Vacancies vary in nature, supporting various lawyers up to Partner level. The majority of active roles are full-time permanent however there are a small number of part-time options for which we will consider 3-4 days per week. Responsibilities would include but not limited to:

• Diary management
• Matter management
• Billing
• Document management & production
• Filing court documents
• Liaising with clients and third parties

The Candidate

We would love to hear from legal support professionals at all levels of experience. We have positions from junior up to senior level. Billing experience is preferable.
