Premier Extrusion specializes in the manufacture of plastic extrusion profiles, hoses, seals and tubes located at Campbellfield Victoria.

We are seeking EXTRUSION MACHINE OPERATORS to join our growing team in Campbellfield. Multiple positions available over all 3 shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Operate and monitor extruders to produce plastic products.

2.Set up and adjust machine parameters based on product specifications.

3.Ensure proper raw material feeding and monitor the production process for efficiency.

4.Good mechanical aptitude with a "can do" attitude

5.Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.

6.Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

7.Record production data, including machine settings and output quantities.

8. Monitor and maintain the quality of plastic products throughout manufacturing process.

9.Continuously strive to improve machine efficiency and product quality.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as an extrusion machine operator or similar role would be highly regarded.

2. Technical proficiency in operating and troubleshooting extrusion equipment.

3. Willingness to learn and grow.

4. Strong attention to detail and quality control.

5. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

6. Adherence to safety guidelines and protocols.

7. Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.
