About Your Role
Provide administrative and clinical assistance and support to Allied Health Professionals (AHPs) in the delivery of an efficient and high quality Allied Health service within the ambulatory rehabilitation service, encompassing the rehabilitation outreach service.
The Allied Health Assistant (AHA) will work under the direction and supervision of the treating Physiotherapists, Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists and will perform activities under the instruction and delegation of AHPs, aimed to assist clients to reach their rehabilitation goals.
The AHA will operate as a member of the multidisciplinary team with line management from the rehabilitation manager and senior allied health professional within the ambulatory rehabilitation service at WWBH.
