Busy Bees at Coorparoo is a fun and vibrant 113-place is located in the heart of Coorparoo on the corner of Harries Road above the Woolworths Shopping Complex, the Service was developed to ensure that children are being provided with exciting opportunities and challenges for them to play and grow in an innovative and stimulating environment where their individuality can be nurtured by dedicated Educators. We’re looking for a passionate individual to join our team:

Part -Time Chef / Cook (5 days per week)

Create nutritious, balanced meals for young children, catering to their dietary needs and allergies. This role requires someone with a passion for food and experience in working with children's specific dietary requirements.

Rate: $29.89 per hour negotiable!
Location: Coorparoo, QLD, Australia

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent culinary experience

A valid Blue Card

Previous experience in a Chef or Cook role, ideally in an early childhood setting

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Desirable Skills:

Experience preparing meals for children with allergies or intolerances

Ability to create culturally diverse menus

Strong organizational and time management skills
