About the Role

We’re seeking a Contracts Manager to take the lead on drafting, negotiating, and managing intra-group agreements for a leading global investment bank. Working closely with legal, finance, compliance, and operational teams, you'll ensure contracts are compliant, clear, and aligned with internal standards and regulatory requirements.

You’ll play a key role in enabling effective global collaboration by managing service agreements, rebilling frameworks, and contract governance processes. This is an ideal opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate intra-group contracts and service agreements

Collaborate with legal, finance, and compliance teams across global locations

Manage contract lifecycles – including renewals, amendments, and terminations

Develop and maintain documentation and ensure regulatory compliance

Coordinate rebilling schedules and intercompany service models

Provide advice and support to internal stakeholders on contract terms

Drive improvements in contract governance and audit readiness

About You

Degree-qualified in Law, Business Administration, or related field

5+ years’ experience in contract management, corporate law, or related role

Strong knowledge of legal principles, especially related to intra-group arrangements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across jurisdictions

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and contract management systems
