What you’ll be doing
Assess and manage residential mortgage files end-to-end
Ensure credit policy alignment and responsible lending standards
Support customers utilising 2–5% deposits with no LMI
Collaborate with engineers to evolve tech and automation
Suggest improvements that enhance internal workflow and CX
What you’ll bring
1–2 years’ experience in home loan credit assessment (with DLA)
Experience with non-bank or alternative lending models preferred
Strong attention to detail and bias for action
Comfort using new systems and thinking beyond the status quo
Passion for customer success and startup energy
