You will be responsible for documenting the entire process, from design & development to construction documentation.

What will you be doing + about you! 📝

Technical Knowledge: understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods, ensuring adherence to these standards for enhanced efficiency in residential construction projects.

The ability to closely collaborate with architects, engineers, and various stakeholders. Excel at translating conceptual designs into precise and accurate technical drawings and effectively communicate design changes and modifications as required.

Attention to Detail: Diligently, the candidate reviews and revises drawings with meticulous attention to detail. Their aim is to eliminate errors, discrepancies, and potential construction issues, guaranteeing that designs are not only aesthetically pleasing but also structurally sound.

• Demonstrates proficiency in using Archicad to create detailed residential construction drawings, encompassing floor plans, elevations, and cross-sections.

You will need:

✅4+ years experience working for a Queensland residential home builder in a Production Drafting function

✅Excellent communication skills, positive attitude and the ability to work well with a small team

✅ArchiCAD experience with a residential builder ESSENTIAL
