Machine Operator – PM Shift

Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 1:30pm–10:00pm

Job Summary:

Nomad Coffee Group is seeking a Machine Operator to join our team in Truganina, Victoria. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating our fully automated Rovema packing lines to ensure high safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Skills:

- Mechanical aptitude with experience in automated production

- Attention to detail and focus on safety and quality standards (knowledge of SQF, HACCP, GMP is a plus)

- Tech-savvy with the ability to use systems effectively

- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently

- Forklift licence highly regarded

Responsibilities:

- Operate automated Rovema packing lines including case packer and palletiser

- Maintain continuous flow of product throughout production process

- Complete accurate records, safety checks, and quality checks as required

- Assist with staging, cleaning, and housekeeping tasks within the facility

Qualifications:

- Experience in manufacturing or production preferred

- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work efficiently within a team environment
