Dispense Direct is an online pharmacy that specialises in medical cannabis and focuses on patient care and delivering affordable medicines to our patients. The pharmacy is 100% online and has no face-to-face interaction with patients. Even though we're an online pharmacy, our amazing team puts patient care as our number one focus.

About the role:

Dispense Direct continues to grow rapidly in the exciting plant-based medicine space and we are seeking to appoint a Pharmacy Customer Service Specialist who is excited to join the medical cannabis community. In the role, you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, including:

Provide the highest standard of customer service to our patients over the phone/email/web, with a focus on education, transparency and safety.

Triaging patient queries and working in cooperation with Pharmacists to ensure all customer enquiries are solved within a timely manner.

Maintaining/improving patient retention rates.

Work closely with clinic partners, and maintain relationships with doctors, nurses and practice managers.

Work with all medical science liaisons from key brands to assist with educating patients on their products.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical research in key therapeutic areas and medical cannabis products.

Monday to Friday

9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Candidate requirements:

Experience working in a fast-paced pharmacy

Experience with medicinal cannabis products will be highly regarded

Proficiency with Z Software is viewed favorably
