About the Role

We’re currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Bar and Wait Staff to join our team on a casual basis. This role is ideal for hospitality pros or those eager to learn, with the opportunity to move into permanent full-time roles for the right candidates.

Your roster will rotate and include nights and weekends, with an average of 25+ hours per week. We also offer flexible shifts that can suit parents with school-aged children.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Providing friendly bar and table service to members and guests

Handling drink and food orders with efficiency and a smile

Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

Working as part of a close-knit team to deliver a great customer experience

About You

You’re a people-person with a strong work ethic who enjoys staying busy and being part of a team. Ideally, you’ll bring:

A valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) - Must have

RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling) - Must have

Previous hospitality or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)

Availability for rotating shifts including nights and weekends

Applicants must be 18+ to serve alcohol or work in gaming areas.

Pay and Conditions

This role is covered under the Registered and Licensed Clubs Award 2020 [MA000058], with casual weekday rates starting at $32.25/hr for adults, plus penalty rates for evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Junior rates and award entitlements apply based on age and experience.
