Little Sparrow is a boutique award-winning establishment located on Hasting Street in Noosa Heads.

We are taking applications for experienced Bar staff / Allrounders & evening Supervisors to join our team.

Bar Staff:

You will be reporting directly to the store Manager; your duties will include.

Serving various, cocktails , wines , cold and hot drinks

Serving customers using the POS & Merchant facility System

Engaging with your team and customers alike

Bar Staff Skills & Experience:

People’s person with a positive, can-do attitude.

Must be well presented, punctual, reliable, enthusiastic and ambitious.

Must have a large knowledge of making various different cocktails

Ability to think on your feet and work under pressure.

Previous experience in fast paced environment.

Confident communicator with the ability to engage with customers.

Previous experience ( 2 Years )

Supervisor Role

Supervising front of House when manager is not on Shift

Customer service - Handle guests concerns

Daily Operations

Coordination with kitchen

End Of Shift Reporting

At least 3 years experience at supervisory level required

We have Full Time & Casual positions for both Barstaff & Supervisors
