They’re now looking for a proactive, personable, and organised Administrator / Personal Assistant to become a valued member of their dynamic team.

Competitive salary package ($75,000 - $90,000).

The Role:
We’re looking for a mature, experienced individual to provide direct support to the company Directors and collaborate across teams. In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
Managing and organising schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the executives.
Coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Preparing and drafting of relevant industry documents and correspondence.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Supporting day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
Basic bookkeeping duties.
What You Will Bring:
Previous experience as an Administration Assistant in property, construction, trades (highly desirable)
Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, MYOB/XERO (favourable)
Excellent verbal and written communication.
High attention to detail.
