About the role

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses, Personal Care Assistants and Enrolled Nurses to join our dynamic team at All Care 4 you pty ltd in Coffs Harbour, NSW. This is a casual role, providing the flexibility to work around your schedule.

What you'll be doing

• Providing high-quality nursing care and personal assistance to our elderly residents
• Collaborating with the multi-disciplinary care team to develop and implement individualised care plans
• Administering medication and monitoring residents' health and wellbeing
• Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of resident care
• Assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support
• Promoting a safe and comfortable environment for our residents

What we're looking for

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse, Personal Care Assistant or Enrolled Nurse
• Demonstrated experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient-centred approach
• Excellent clinical skills, including medication management and wound care
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
• Commitment to providing the highest quality of care to our residents
