About the Role

As a client service officer you will get to experience the thrill of a fast-paced environment. Engage with diverse participants, utilising exceptional communication skills to build meaningful connections. No cold calling! You'll handle inbound calls from interested individuals and make outbound calls to potential participants. Enjoy the excitement of working with leads who have already shown their interest. This exciting role will have you:

Build excellent rapport with existing and new participants.

Customer service and office administration experience including document management, as well as dealing with a broad range of people, telephone and email.

Conducting phone screening questionnaires with potential participants

Selecting clinical trials for participants based on eligibility criteria.

Experience working with all aspects of office management and administrative operations in a complex, multi-disciplinary environment.

Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills and a demonstrated ability to relate professionally to both internal and external.

Ability to coordinate workflow, prioritise work tasks effectively and work under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
