The company was established in 1980 primarily to construct synthetic recreational facilities. Over the past 20 years or so the main focus has been various courts including basketball and netball and currently sports fields.

Position Description

We’re growing fast and doing things differently. You’ll gain real, hands-on experience across the entire sales. Work with some of Victoria’s best sports clubs and learn directly from experienced sales manager. This isn’t a dead-end admin job — it’s your ticket into a long-term sales career.

The successful applicant for this job will be required to:-

· Visit the proposed tennis court site with the sales staff to discuss the clients’ requirements

· Providing support to the sales team

· Undertake site measures for quoting

· Ability to read and understand building plans

· Proficient in Microsoft office and a knack for problem solving

· Assist with quotations and liaise with clients’ with follow up calls and emails

· Collation of documents and materials to draft fee proposals and tender submissions

· Tracking tender notifications and answering questions

· Responding to calls and emails professionally and efficiently

Who this role is perfect for:

· Previous experience with administrative support for tenders, submissions and proposals is essential

· Or someone with 1–2 years of construction admin or estimating experience

· You’re a good communicator and want to grow your career in sales

· Self-reliant and independent thinker

· Reliable, punctual and eager to learn

· Patience and empathy to understand customer needs

· A can-do attitude and a strong motivation to succeed
