Your new role

As a Casual Aged Care Chef, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple sites, preparing and cooking nutritious meals tailored to the dietary needs of our residents. You will maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, and collaborate with care staff to ensure resident satisfaction.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (desirable or willingness to complete).
• Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point).
• Proven experience as a chef, preferably in aged care or similar settings.
• Strong understanding of dietary requirements and food safety standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work across different sites and shifts.
• Willingness to undergo background checks.
• Eligibility to work in Australia.
