Customer Support Officer - Casual

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Rural City of Murray Bridge Customer Support team in a casual capacity.

You will be working in a progressive and rewarding environment supported by family-friendly workplace policies.

We are seeking a positive, customer-focused individual with strong communication and customer service skills, solid IT proficiency, and a team-oriented mindset. Flexibility to work ad hoc shifts is also essential.

Key Responsibilities
This varied role includes, but is not limited to:

Responding to customer enquiries and identifying their needs

Raising Service Requests

Handling receipting and cash transactions

Performing general administrative tasks

This position is offered on a casual basis, classified as a General Officer Level 2 under the South Australian Municipal Salaried Officers Award and Council’s current Enterprise Agreement, with an hourly rate of $43.58 (inclusive of casual loading).
