With uninterrupted 270 degree views of Fortitude Valley, New Farm, the CBD and the iconic Story Bridge, this new restaurant was one of the most exciting venues to open in Brisbane in recent times, appealing as chic meeting spot, dinner ’n’ drinks destination, and al fresco hangout.

The view alone is a unique selling point, one that we aim to enhance with unique food and beverage offerings that impact on the overall experience for our guests. With solid roots in Mexican cuisine, our restaurant combines overtones of Coastal Baja, Yucatan & Tulum influences, blending them with the freshest Australian produce; we create an experience unlike any other with a menu designed to be enjoyed and shared family style.

To fulfil this role, we are looking for a passionate & focused cook.

The applicant must also be:-

Able to work well under pressure
Willing to work with the other cooks as part of a team environment
Minimum 3 years experience as a Cook or Chef
Dedicated & take pride in their work
Appreciate quality & pay close attention to detail
