National Workforce are actively seeking an experienced Blow Mould Operator to join a large manufacturing company based in Ingleburn.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be operating one of the blow mould machines to ensure maximum output. You will look after any mould or process changes, perform maintenance, and ensure any compliance on the products you are producing.

About the role:

• Operate plastic extrusion machinery efficiently and safely.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure proper extrusion of plastic materials.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet industry standards and specifications.
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to optimize extrusion processes and troubleshoot any issues.
• Afternoon shift 2PM-10PM, Monday to Friday.

To be considered, you must meet the following criteria:

• Proven experience as a extrusion blow mould machine operator. Plastic blown film extrusion experience highly regarded.
• Familiarity with machinery, including setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Forklift Licence (LF).
• Flexibility to work overtime and provide afterhours support if required.
• Physically fit and able to lift 20kg.
• Attention to detail and quality focused.
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills.

The Offer

On offer is an Afternoon Shift slot, 2PM-10PM, Monday to Friday. This position is full time and will be suited to applicants currently residing in Australia or holding a current relelvant work visa. A strong element of this role is to be able to work overtime and provide support to the team afterhours if required. Training on day shift is provided for the first 2 weeks to get familiar with the machines.
