House Manager / Personal Assistant – Family & Business Support
We are a busy family of five looking for a dependable and proactive assistant to help manage our home and support with various personal/business related errands. Based in a friendly and professional household in Bulimba, with our business located in Coopers Plains, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a varied and hands-on environment.

The Role:
This is a position that combines house management and personal assistant responsibilities. You will be helping us stay on top of a range of domestic and lifestyle tasks, as well as supporting the occasional business errand. Tasks will vary each week, but may include:
· General household cleaning and tidying
· Laundry, ironing, and organisation
· Meal and snack preparation, especially for children.
· Grocery and household shopping
· Afternoon school pick up for the youngest child (9 years old)
· Supervising children (ages 14, 12 and 9) after school, assisting with homework and household chores
· Occasionally transporting children to and from extracurricular activities
· Supporting with small work tasks and admin
· Helping keep the home and routines running smoothly
· Assisting with ad-hoc administrative duties as needed
There is always something to do, and no two days are the same. Flexibility is key!
About you:
· A current Australian driver’s open licence (essential)
· Full working Australian working rights
· Fluent English with excellent communication skills
· National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
· Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)
· High level of reliability, integrity and trustworthiness
· Strong organisational and time management skills
· Ability to work independently and take initiative
Hours & Pay:
· Days: Monday to Thursday, 11.00am – 6.00pm
· Occasional Fridays as required, with notice
· Rate: $25 - $35 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
· Ongoing permanent part time arrangement, with potential for long term stability for the right candidate.
The first round of interviews will be conducted via Zoom, with successful candidates progressing to in personal interviews. We are looking for the right person to start straight away.
