What You’ll Be Doing

As a Community Physiotherapist, you’ll work closely with patients in the comfort of their own homes to provide tailored, patient-centred care. Your key responsibilities include:

🩺 Comprehensive Assessments: Identify patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
🤲 Hands-On Therapy: Deliver physiotherapy treatments and guide patients through rehabilitation exercises.
📚 Education: Teach patients and their families to manage conditions and maintain physical health.
🤝 Collaboration: Work with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
📝 Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
📈 Service Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical practices.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a community-minded physiotherapist who is:

Ideally based in Melbourne’s northern suburbs (to support clients within a 30-minute drive radius).

Confident working independently in the community, with strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.

Passionate about holistic, person-centred care, especially for older adults and those with complex needs.

Organised and self-motivated, with the ability to manage a caseload and stay on top of notes and reports.

Eager to grow — whether that’s through clinical development, leadership, or niche interest areas.

Current AHPRA registration and driver’s licence required.
