About the Role
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be a key point of contact for the online student cohort to support positive learning outcomes. Providing outstanding customer service to our students is paramount, and you will focus on proactive communications and engagement by assisting with queries and requests related to enrolment, study support, student wellbeing, and administration in a timely and professional manner.
The Student Support Centre is open 7 days a week with operating hours 8:30am to 9:00pm Weekdays and 9:00am to 5:00pm Saturday and Sunday. Student advisers work five rostered shifts per week, with the schedule adjusted to reflect the pro rata nature of the position.

This position is a flexible ordinary hours appointment, which requires ordinary hours to be worked on a rostered shift arrangement that includes performing work both within and outside the span of ordinary hours as specified in the University of South Australia Enterprise Agreement 2023 and its successor enterprise agreements. A flexibility loading will be paid at the appropriate rate for every hour worked outside of the span of ordinary hours as specified in the Enterprise Agreement.
