About the Role

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced HR Driver to join a leading waste management company based in Townsville. This is an ongoing role with an immediate start available for the right candidate.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of HR trucks, performing commercial waste collection, and contributing to daily operational requirements in a safety-first environment.

Duties

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A current and valid HR licence
• Proven experience in operating HR trucks, ideally in waste or logistics
• A good level of physical fitness - this is a hands-on role
• A commitment to safety and following company procedures
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and a solid work ethic
• Ability to work well independently and in a team
