Flooring Sales Specialist

Location: Victor Harbour
Salary: $60K - $70K + Super + Bonuses
Roster: Rotating roster requiring every second Saturday

Our client is looking for motivated sales person who thrive on delivering excellent customer service, have an eye for design, and enjoy creating positive, lasting shopping experiences. No flooring experience? That's okay-they offer full training to support your success.

What you will do
* Assist customers in choosing flooring and window coverings that suit their style, budget, and functional needs
* Estimate materials from floor plans and on-site measurements
* Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming showroom environment
* Create tailored quotes that reflect individual customer preferences
* Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm, building customer trust
* Collaborate with a supportive team to achieve shared goals
* Visit homes and business to provide measure and quoting services

What you will bring
* Previous experience in any of the following is helpful but not essential - flooring, tiles, curtains and blinds, estimating
* Strong sales skills are highly valued
* Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential
* A drive to succeed in a results-focused environment
* Customer-focused with a passion for delivering great service
* Drivers license required
