About the Role:
As the Store Manager, you'll be the driving force behind a high-performing team. While you run your store, you will be supported by a dynamic and collaborative leadership team.

What you will do:

Lead, coach and mentor a passionate team to smash sales targets

Deliver exceptional customer experiences that align with the brand's identity

Drive store performance through visual merchandising, stock management and loss prevention

Create a fun, energetic and inclusive team culture

Manage rosters, wages and store compliance with company guidelines

What you will bring:

Previous retail Store Management experience, ideally in fashion or streetwear

Passion for styling, trends and delivering an elevated customer experience

Proven ability to coach and develop a team to achieve results

Strong operational skills - stock, VM, and KPI management
