Workfast are looking for a reliable and motivated Spraying Team Member for a temp to perm role based in Port Melbourne.

What you will be doing:

• Spraying designated street areas, footpaths, and public spaces to control weeds
• Using 15-litre spray packs to apply chemicals safely and effectively
• Operating brush cutters and other vegetation management tools
• Maintaining and cleaning equipment to ensure safe and efficient use
• Performing general labouring tasks including heavy lifting and manual handling
• Meeting daily team targets while upholding safety and quality standards
• Reporting any site or equipment issues to the supervisor

What you need:

• General labouring experience in outdoor environments
• Experience using brush cutters and other outdoor equipment
• Ability to handle 15-litre spray packs and perform physical tasks
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• A valid driver’s licence and vehicle (advantageous)
• Chemical certificate and weed species knowledge (advantageous)
