We are looking for an enthusiastic and high-energy Customer Experience & Event Prep Coordinator to join our well-established and growing team. In this varied role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customer enquiries while also playing a key part in the preparation and coordination of our weekly trade events. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love providing top-notch service, and enjoy hands-on tasks with a touch of logistics, this role offers the perfect blend of customer engagement and behind-the-scenes action.
Role responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of incoming phone calls, providing prompt and courteous customer service
Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently, maintaining a professional and supportive approach
Take full ownership of preparing and packing marketing materials and display items for weekly trade events
Manage the cleaning and preparation of event stock, including washing and drying show items
Perform manual handling tasks, including lifting show bags weighing up to 20kg
Support general administrative tasks as required (Ie outgoing mail & postage)
