About the role

• Acute aged care 34 bed ward with a strong focus in dementia, delirium and behaviour management with a Zero Harm focus.
• Providing support to the nursing team as an Assistant in Nursing and delivering nursing care.
• Offering internal educational pathways, we are dedicated to helping you shape your career in the way you desire.
• One additional day off per month

About you

• Assistant in Nursing with excellent acute nursing skills and experience in an acute hospital setting.
• HLT33115 Certificate III in Health Services Assistance (Descriptor: Assisting in Nursing Work in Acute Care).
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, under delegation and the ability to collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
