The Role

We’re on the lookout for a motivated HVAC Project Manager ready to step into a hands-on role supporting project delivery from design reviews through to commissioning.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Coordinating HVAC installations with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

Reviewing drawings, resolving site issues, and ensuring the installation aligns with design intent

Managing equipment orders, delivery timelines, and install sequencing

Supporting site works, commissioning, and handover processes

Ensuring compliance with NCC, AS standards, and project specs

Liaising directly with builders and consultants to keep things moving

What You’ll Need:

3–5 years of HVAC experience with a mechanical contractor

Strong understanding of mechanical services install, sequencing, and commissioning

Confident reading plans and dealing with trades and site supervisors

Practical mindset with good communication and coordination skills

AutoCAD familiarity (Revit a bonus)
