About the role

Spartan recycling is seeking a part-time Rear Lift Truck Driver to join our team in Gosford, NSW. As a Rear Lift Truck Driver, you will play a crucial role in our recycling operations, using specialised equipment to load and unload materials efficiently and safely.

What you'll be doing

Operate rear lift trucks to load and unload plastic bins from customers.

Ensure the run and jobs are completed

Perform pre-operational checks on equipment and report any issues or maintenance needs

Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations to maintain a safe and compliant workplace

Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operations and optimise efficiency

What we're looking for

Valid driver's licence and experience operating rear lift trucks or similar material handling equipment

Knowledge of safe load handling practices

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records

Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions

Familiarity with the road transport and recycling industry, or a willingness to learn
