Technical Delivery Lead – Network & Security Focused (Hybrid | Melbourne)

Kaliba are seeking a Technical Delivery Lead to manage and deliver advanced networking solutions for key clients. This hybrid role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proactive, customer-focused approach. Candidates with previous experience in a network team lead or account management role (ideally in an MSP environment) would be considered a strong fit for the job.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customers, building strong relationships and understanding business needs

Provide technical leadership to networking teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery and network management

Oversee network design, configuration, audits, and performance improvements

Lead the implementation of networking projects, ensuring alignment with customer requirements

Proactively monitor networks for performance, security, and availability; respond to and resolve complex incidents

Maintain accurate network documentation and produce performance reports

Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver innovative, tailored networking solutions

Technical Requirements:

Extensive hands-on experience with network design, implementation, troubleshooting, and optimisation

Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, routing, switching, and general network architecture

Proficient with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., SNMP, NetFlow, Wireshark)

Industry certifications highly regarded (e.g., CCNP, CCIE or equivalent)

Exposure to network security practices and device lifecycle management

Other Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience

Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
