Role: Director I Educational Leader I Nominated Supervisor.
Qualification: Early Childhood Teacher, preferred.
Employment Type: Full time.
Hours: Flexible to work between the hours of 7:30am - 6:00pm
Pay: Up to $108,680 per year + super – experience and qualification dependent

What we need from you:
Australian working rights
Current and valid NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC)
Current approved first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma management certificates
an ACECQA recognised Early Childhood Teaching degree (preferred) with proficient Teacher Accreditation (NESA)
Completed Child Protection Training as well as demonstrated understanding of current child safe practices
Extensive experience around staff development & leadership, policy writing and management
Evidence of exceeding practices
Extensive understanding of the EYLF planning cycle and contemporary pedagogies that influence practice
Comprehensive understanding of the National Education and Care Services Law I Regulations I National Quality Framework I Standards
Experience in past leadership roles in early childhood education
Open to learning, well organised and clear communicator with a high level of verbal and written skills

Educoe is a family owned and operated service. Driven by two highly accomplished teachers, Jessica and Rebecca - sisters, mothers and university qualified teachers. With the strength of their team, and their unwavering commitment to creating a world where every child feels safe, valued, and respected - Educoe has become a reputable, sought after service.
High quality education and care is provided to 34 children per day, who are aged between 6 weeks to 6 years old.
Conveniently located, only a 10-minute walk to Revesby train station.
