Amend Rehab is a mobile and clinic-based NDIS provider servicing the Brisbane region.
With a growing team of OTs, Speechies, Physios, AHAs, and admin support, we work collaboratively to make a meaningful impact across the disability space.

🔍 Who We Are Looking For
We are searching for a self-motivated, values-aligned physiotherapist to join our growing team.

You will ideally have:

Experience supporting NDIS participants across a range of needs, including paediatrics, adult neurological conditions, and physical disabilities. (We are open to shaping a caseload that suits your clinical interests.)

Familiarity with NDIS reports, funding types, and terminology (preferred but not essential). If you are newer to the NDIS space, we will tailor onboarding and reflect that in your remuneration package.

Confidence in delivering assessments and ongoing capacity-building therapy, with a flexible, client-centred approach.

Just starting out with the NDIS?
We offer flexible onboarding tailored to your experience, including extra supervision, shadowing opportunities, and step-by-step support as you build your caseload.

🔧 What You Will Be Doing
You will have the chance to shape your role based on your skills and interests, but a typical week could include:

Home-based and community-based therapy across Brisbane

Prescribing assistive technology (AT) and mobility equipment

Collaborating with OTs, speech pathologists, AHAs, and support coordinators

Leading or joining in-house CPD sessions (optional)

Participating in case reviews, team chats, and some well-earned celebrations!

Non-client-facing work?
Choose to do it at home or from our Eight Mile Plains office, whichever suits you.

💼 Employment Types
Part-Time and Casual positions available with potential to transition to Full-Time after a few months.
