About the Position

Our client is seeking Locum Anaesthetists, both FANZCA Fellows and Provisional Fellows, to cover a variety of upcoming dates between May and July 2025. These placements offer highly competitive daily rates, generous travel support, and a unique opportunity to work within a high-performing team in a major regional centre.

Key Details:

• FANZCA Anaesthetists: $3000 per day
• Provisional Fellows: $2000 per day

• Rates:
• Support: Flights inbound/outbound, fleet car, and sole accommodation provided
• Responsibilities: Includes on-call and trauma cover as specified
• Credentialing: NSW Health credentialing required

• 19–23 May (FANZCA only)
• 26–30 May

June 2025:

• 2–6 June (FANZCA only | Friday on call)
• 7–9 June (FANZCA only | On call & trauma)

• 14–15 June (FANZCA only | On call & trauma)
• 23–27 June (FANZCA only | Friday on call)
• 28–29 June (FANZCA only | On call & trauma)

July 2025:

• 30 June–4 July (FANZCA only | Friday on call)
• 5–6 July (FANZCA only | On call & trauma)
• 7–11 July (FANZCA only | Friday on call)
• 12–13 July (FANZCA only | On call & trauma)
• 14–18 July (FANZCA only | Friday on call)
• 21–25 July (FANZCA only | Friday on call)
• 26–27 July (FANZCA only | On call & trauma)
• 28 July–1 August (FANZCA only | Friday on call)

Key Requirements

• Fellowship of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (FANZCA) or eligible Provisional Fellow
• Current General Registration with AHPRA
• Two signed and dated consultant references (FANZCA) or three for Provisional Fellows within the past 12 months
• Demonstrated experience in anaesthetic services including trauma and emergency
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
