About the Position

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Locum ED Registrar (Night in Charge) to lead the overnight emergency department team. Working with 24-hour consultant support and a structured staffing model, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient and effective patient care overnight.

Key Details:

• Dates: Wednesday, 7 May to Monday 13 July
• Shift Times: 10:30pm – 8:30am
• Hourly Rate: $250 per hour
• Support: 24/7 consultant availability, registrar, RMO, and nursing team
• Facilities: 16 acute beds and 3 resuscitation beds
• Flights and shared accommodation provided

Key Requirements

• Minimum PGY5 or above
• General Registration with AHPRA
• Recent Emergency Department experience, including leadership or NIC roles
• Two signed references from ED FACEM specialists within the past 12 months
• Two clinical skills assessments signed and dated within the past 12 months
• Strong ability to work autonomously and manage overnight ED operations
