About the business

Working on behalf of a National Brand we are on the search for a Client Support Manager for their QLD Head office. This role will deliver administration training, provide guidance and ensure the implementation of best practice administration processes across this franchise network across multiple company brands.

Due to growth in their corporate team, we are looking for a motivated, energetic and determined individual who is excited about furthering their career in real estate. This role forms a key part of the national operations and franchise team and the purpose of the role is to provide training and guidance to both new and existing offices in the network in relation to business systems, processes and procedures. You will be involved in the roll-out and induction of all new offices, assisting them to set up systems and processes to make sure that productivity is there from day one.

In addition, you will have a close ongoing working relationship with existing offices in the network to help them drive back- end operational and administrative efficiency within their businesses. Whilst most of the support you will provide will be of is a ‘one on one’ nature, you will also need to be comfortable delivering training to small groups

About the role

Assisting with the implementation and training of new franchise products, services and polices with existing offices

Provision of training and guidance to key staff within the network (predominantly Office Managers and administrative staff)

Driving innovation and improvements to the current systems

Supporting the successful transition of new franchisees focusing on Office Administration

Assisting in the creation of a policy and procedures manual that can be used throughout the network

Devising and implement new administrative systems

About you:

Must have prior experience in all aspects of Sales Administration

Current Industry standard certifications

Reliable car and driver’s licence

Excellent phone manner

Corporate presentation

An eye for attention to detail

Proactive attitude and a clear and confident communication style.

You will be someone who thrives on making a difference and really having an impact.

Strong computer skills

Organised, reliable and be willing to take on a diverse range of tasks
