We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pickpacker to join our warehouse team. The Pickpacker will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Monday - Friday - 7am to 3pm
Location - Coorparoo
Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick products from inventory based on order slips, ensuring all required items are selected.
• Safely pack products for shipping, ensuring proper packaging to avoid damage during transit.
• Label packages correctly with shipping information and any other required documentation.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining warehouse inventory, ensuring products are stocked and easily accessible.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist with stocktaking and inventory checks as required.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as needed (training provided).
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure orders are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or pickpacking role is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely
• Good communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer skills for order processing (experience with warehouse management systems is a plus).
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift certification (preferred but not essential, training can be provided).

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for long periods.
