Vimiera Retirement Village is operated by Medi-Aid Centre Foundation, a non for-profit charity and Public Benevolent Institution. With 144 units across 6 acres of land, the village is community driven, giving all residents a sense of belonging.

We are currently looking to employ an experienced cleaner/housekeeper to work in a casual position 1-2 days per week.

Responsibilities will include common area cleaning, general housekeeping of resident's studio rooms in our Assisted Living building. Tasks include changing beds, cleaning bathrooms & kitchenette, dusting, vacuuming floors etc.

Must be available to work on Tuesday - Shift - 8am-4.00pm

Candidates must have:

Experience working as a Cleaner in a commercial and residential capacity

Reliability - must be able to work as part of a group or individually

Sound understanding of safe chemical use, and WHS in the workplace

Ability to work unsupervised

Good communication skills

a friendly, positive and 'can do' attitude
