🔹 The Opportunity:
Role: Fashion Designer – Pole Wear Focus
Location: Lidcombe, NSW (close to shopping outlets, gym, parking & public transport)
Work Type: Part-Time (2-3 days a week, potential to grow into Full-Time)
Team: Young, innovative, supportive & growth-driven
🔹 Your Day-to-Day:
Lead the design and development of our pole wear collections.
Create eco-conscious designs aligned with brand sustainability goals.
Conduct pre-production fittings and sample approvals.
Source trims, fabrics, and hardware with a strong creative eye.
Prepare detailed tech packs for production.
Stay across global trends to keep Lunalae at the forefront of pole fashion.
Collaborate with production to ensure design integrity through to delivery.
Be hands-on and flexible to jump in where needed (we’re a tight team!).
🔹 What You’ll Bring:
Fashion Design qualification and proven experience in design (pole wear, lingerie, activewear or intimates preferred).
Understanding of garment construction, sustainability practices & quality standards.
Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.
Excellent tech pack and specification skills.
A passion for creative, empowering design.
Bonus points: Basic pattern making skills
