We are seeking applicants who, within the context of the role responsibilities, possess the following key attributes:

• Expert leadership skills with demonstrated capabilities and experience in managing the complex and diverse coordination of mission-critical environments.
• High level skills in communication, negotiation, consultation, and collaboration with the proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships with interagency partners.
• Proven ability to drive and influence organisational change and reforms to make service delivery systems increasingly responsive and proactive, including ability to lead and inspire diverse, professional teams, in an environment of competing priorities and needs with limited resources.
• Demonstrated experience providing intelligence and analysis in a mission-critical environment that operates within an Incident Management System (IMS), and ability to ensure governance and integrity in this process.
• Detailed knowledge and the ability to rapidly analyse data that identified of issues affecting service delivery and the proven ability to apply relevant resource management principles to support the provision of high-quality pre-hospital patient care to the Queensland community.
• Demonstrated expert analytical and critical thinking skills to contribute to the development, implementation, and review of operational plans, policies, standards, local work practices and service improvement initiatives.

The following mandatory requirements, special conditions and/or other requirements apply to this role:

• Relevant qualification in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Health Services Administration, or a related field will be highly desirable.
• This position may require participation in additional hours or overtime during critical incident periods.
