We work with individuals and employers to deliver smart, cost-effective leasing solutions — particularly around electric vehicles — that bundle fuel, insurance, and servicing into one seamless package.

What We're Looking For

We’re after a highly organized, detail-focused operations person who wants the freedom to work their own hours (to a degree) — from home or from the office — as long as the job gets done.

This is more than just an admin role. You'll be the go-to person behind the scenes, making sure everything runs smoothly, so the founder and sales team can stay focused on scaling the business. Over time, you’ll take the reins of operations and eventually build and lead a team. There’s even a potential equity opportunity for the right person who wants to build something long-term.

What You’ll Be Doing

Running the Ops: Handle inbound customer support, coordinate applications, and support the sales team as needed.

Supporting Clients: Be the key point of contact for customer support throughout the life of their loan or lease.

Staying on Top of It All: Make sure nothing slips through the cracks — follow up with partners, liaise with lenders, and stay ahead of customer needs.

Systems & Process: Learn and master our internal systems. Spot inefficiencies, and help build smoother workflows.

Future Team Leadership: As we grow, you’ll help shape and eventually lead the operations team.

What You Bring

High attention to detail (you’re the kind of person who spots typos and double-checks the small stuff)

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

A proactive mindset and willingness to learn new systems

Confidence working independently and managing your own time

Ability to work closely with our sales team and other key stakeholders

Bonus: Experience in finance, automotive, or novated leasing (but not essential)
