The preferred candidate will have the following:

a minimum of 4 years experience in restructuring and insolvency

chartered accountant or equivalent qualifications

strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability and willingness to work with ambiguity and change

a positive mindset with strong commercial and interpersonal skills, and a desire to deliver exceptional client service

a strong drive for self-learning and personal development

a proven ability to lead and manage teams to deliver exceptional outcomes

The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of administrations, receiverships, liquidations and advisory engagements. Duties will include ensuring compliance with all statutory and non statutory tasks, managing engagements from start to finish, delivering asset realisations programs, building and managing trade on cash flows and ensuring that operations can continue (travel may be required). Managers are responsible for managing a team of professionals to assist with the delivery of engagements, as well as coaching and mentoring the development of the team.
