WHO WE NEED?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Skin Therapist to join our team in a Skin Therapist / Customer Service blended role. This is an exciting hybrid role with approx 2 days in the treatment space and 2 days in the admin team as a Customer Service Consultant and Specialist.
As a Skin Therapist you will be able to deliver amazing facial treatments from deluxe advanced Facials to effective Peel Treatments, DermalPen Micro Needling, LED Healite and some add-on face waxing and tinting services.
As a Customer Service Consultant you will be responsible for communicating with our customers via email, phone and in our retail space, providing them with order information, product advice and answering all general day-to-day enquiries.
It is our goal to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with our customer-centric approach to provide a positive customer experience before, during and after the sale.
This is a permanent part-time role over 3 to 4 days with NO weekend or evening work!
Other tasks within the role:
Undertake ongoing product knowledge training sessions.
Complete daily and weekly office & administration tasks.
Assist in the salon/retail environment.
Assist in merchandising the retail environment.
The successful candidate's key skills should include:
A positive and kind approach to customer service.
Skin or Beauty Therapy qualifications.
A passion for the skincare and beauty industry.
Excellent track record of delivering outstanding facial treatments.
Efficient typing and computer skills.
Friendly and effective verbal communication skills.
Previous office administration experience.
Previous customer service experience.
