Baldwin Contracting is a family owned business operating in all aspects of Civil Construction work. Based in Bundaberg, we are currently looking for suitable, versatile and motivated Truck & Dog Operators to join our team.

To be considered for this role you will need to have:

Construction Safety Card

Current MC and/or HC License (2 years minimum experience with Truck & Dog Tipper combination)

Ability to follow detailed instruction

Posses a strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to work unsupervised

Adhere to Workplace Safety Procedures

Truck & Dog Operator Requirements/ Duties:

Posses a clean driving record

Importing and/or exporting earthworks materials to and from project sites in and around Bundaberg

Ensure safety standards are maintained, including daily prestart checks on trucks

Positive safety focus

Complete required company documentation associated with the delivery of materials

Able to liaise with and follow site management directives

Good documentation and record keeping skills
